Alisson Ramses Becker was born on October 2, 1992 in Novo Amburgo, Brazil. The city of Novo Amburgu (New Hamburg) is predominantly inhabited by Brazilians of German origin, of which Alisson is.

Alisson began his football career at the International club, where he played in the youth team since 2002. Alisson’s older brother, Muriel, also played in the same goalkeeper position.

On February 17, 2013, in the match against Cruzeiro, Alisson made his debut for the main team. In the first season, he played only 6 matches, in the second, competing with Dida, who had transferred from Gremio, – 11 matches. In 2015, he became the team’s main goalkeeper. In total, Alisson played 115 matches with Internacional and won the Gaucha League (Brazilian regional championship) every season.

In 2009, Alisson was called up to the Brazilian youth team and took part in the World Youth Championship in Nigeria. In 2013, he helped Brazil’s U21 national team win the prestigious Toulon tournament.

On October 13, 2015, in the World Cup qualifier against Venezuela, Alisson made his debut in the Brazilian main squad and quickly became the first number of the Pentacampeons.

In the summer of 2016, Alisson moved to the Italian Roma. Alison spent his first season with the Romans as the second goalkeeper, replacing the main goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny in the Italian Cup and Europa League matches. After the Pole left for Juventus, Alisson became the main goalkeeper of the team, and on August 20, 2017, in a match against Atalanta, he made his debut in the Italian Serie A.

In his second season in Rome, Alisson played 49 games in Serie A and the Champions League, where he faced Liverpool in the semi-finals and conceded seven goals in two matches.

In June 2018, at the World Cup in Russia, Alisson played all five matches of his national team and conceded three goals in them (one in the group from Switzerland and two from Belgium in the quarterfinals, which the Brazilians lost).

Waiting for the end of the World Cup, Liverpool, which has long been credited with an interest in the Brazilian goalkeeper, swiftly negotiated with Roma, and on July 19 announced the purchase of Alisson.

The transfer was £ 65 million with bonuses, making him the most expensive goalkeeper in football history. However, on August 8 this record was broken by Chelsea – the Spanish goalkeeper from Bilbao Kep Arrisabalaga cost the “retirees” 72 million pounds.

As part of Liverpool, Alisson won the Premier League and Champions League.

His card in FIFA 21 is rated 90.
