PSL 2021; Latest Points Table
Pakistan Super League sixth edition which is now live in action in UAE finally resumed on June 9 after a long break of more than three months as it was postponed in March after a spike in Covid-19 cases among staff members and players; the news was no less than heartbreak for PSL fans.
PCB decided to shift the tournament to UAE when they found the June window free for PSL, the decision was taken for the safety and health of all the staff members and players and to make the tournament run smooth without any hurdles.
As the tournament is going further, the heat is rising among the teams to reserve their seats in the tournament. From the updates of Sunday, Islamabad United dethroned Lahore Qalandars from the top of the points table to the second spot after an outstanding performance with the ball and bat in match 20 at Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium.
Meanwhile, Multan Sultans outclassed Peshawar Zalmi in match 21, to continue their struggle for PSL.
