A vertan of the game, Vicente Gomez made his senior team debut way back in 2007 with the Spanish fourth division side AD Huracan. He then joined his home team Las Palmas and made his senior team debut for Las Palmas in 2010 scoring for his side on his debut in the Copa del Rey. Vicente was instrumental in his club’s promotion to La Liga during the 2015-16 season, captaining the side. Following the team’s relegation, Gomez moved to Deportivo La Coruna before joining Kerala Blasters FC for the Hero ISL 2020-21 season.
