The Argentinean channel is growing quite fast

After the forced end of his career, Sergio Agüero has not forgotten his hobby of streaming on Twitch. Along with gaming he sometimes answers questions from his followers and shares insights from his personal life. For example, a couple of days ago he talked in detail about his struggle with arrhythmia, a chip inserted in his chest and a hard farewell with Barсelona FC.

We’ll tell you the most interesting things from that stream.

First, he talked about how hard it was for him at the farewell conference.

“I was warned a week or 10 days in advance that I would probably have to finish with football. When I was told that it was definitely the end, I went to Abu Dhabi for a bit to take my mind off it. When the day of the farewell came, I eased up.”

“I was with [Barcelona president] Laporta before I went to the farewell conference. But when I saw the stairs and my chair there, I cracked up and started crying. Hugged Laporta. I had to go out, but I didn’t want to because it was very difficult. I didn’t want to be seen crying. Laporta said I had to come out and tell everything. I thought I should relax and I did it anyway”.

the former striker described his emotions.

At the hospital, Agüero was feeling nervous because he didn’t understand why he couldn’t just go home. Sergio described what was happening to him after the heart attack during the match against Alaves on 30 October.

“My heart was beating a bit faster than usual. But I thought it was nothing, everything would be fine. But when they put me in the hospital in a small solitary room and surrounded by monitors, I knew something was wrong. The next day I woke up feeling good. Time passed, but no one told me it was okay to go home. Then the doctor came and explained that I had to stay one more night. I didn’t understand what was going on. I got nervous because I wanted to go home. On Monday morning I got up and the nurse came in and said that I was being transferred to a private clinic for a more thorough examination. I was beginning to suspect what this was about.”

There, the doctor simulated arrhythmia attacks to see exactly what had happened to Kun.

“There I had a small tube inserted through my groin to artificially induce arrhythmia attacks. The doctor explained it this way ‘I’m going to trigger three seizures so you can show which one is most similar. Plates were placed on his chest. My head was spinning ‘What’s going on? Are they trying to stop my heart?’ The first seizure, then the second. I gesture: more or less. Then the third, and then I asked them to stop. It was over. I went straight to my room, and suddenly I felt dizzy: my heart was racing again. Then the doctor explained to me that this was normal.”

Agüero now has a chip in his chest and compares himself to the Iron Man:

“They put a chip in my heart. At night I shoot beams of light. I am the Iron Man. If my heartbeat speeds up, the chip sends that information to the doctor.” said the 33-year-old former striker.

“I arrived at the hospital on a Thursday, laid down on the bed, the doctor prepared the needle and stuck it in my chest. After a while, I saw that he pulled out a razor-like blade. Then he asked: ‘Does it hurt?’ He pushed and said, ‘This one doesn’t cut very well.’ Then he changed the razor blade. It was like a moment when you’re eating a roast and you need a serrated knife that cuts the meat well. There was no pain. Then the doctor started inserting the chip.”

“Now, when I feel something, I write down my symptoms and the doctor tells me what to do”

told the Argentinean about the precautions.
