Asish Rai began his professional career at the Pune FC academy, but his first break came in 2017 when he was signed for Indian Arrows. He had two impressive seasons in the I-League for them. Once FC Pune City was dissolved and the new entity called Hyderabad FC was formed, they saw huge potential in this kid and gave him plenty of opportunities.
