A hardcore fan of Oliver Kahn, Arindam Bhattacharja started his football career at the Surya Sen Sporting Club. His performances at SAI caught the attention of the Churchill Brothers scouts, which earned his first professional contract. After a long spell in Goa, Bhattacharja returned to his roots to don the Mohun Bagan jersey in 2012. The well-travelled footballer found a place he could call his home in ATK, back in 2018. With the merger of ATK and Mohun Bagan, Bhattacharja is all set to wear the green and maroon kit after seven years.
