Biography:
Adam Zampa is a professional Australian cricket player who represents the Melbourne Stars, New South Wales, and the Australian National Team. Mainly, he is a right-arm leg-break bowler and a right-handed batsman.
During school time, he used to bowl medium pace, but after the new cricket guidelines for the Under-14 category, there were some restrictions on the speed of pace bowlers. Then, he started bowling right-arm leg break. In 2009, he got enrolled in the Under-19 cricket team and represented his country in the Under-19 World Cup campaign.
Zampa was successful in his youth career, with his old-school skill of tossing the ball above the eye-line. In 2010, New South Wales signed him, but he never got the chance to play, as the team already have some spinners.
He made his first-class debut in 2013 against Queensland in the season of Sheffield Shield. Zampa was consequently bought by the Rising Pune Giants in the IPL and receive several great achievements with his bowling skills.
