Rajasthan Royals history
Rajasthan Royals is a popular cricket team based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It plays in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The team was founded in 2008. Its home ground is the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. The owners of the club are Manoj Badale, Amisha Hathiramani, Lachlan Murdoch. The team won the first edition of the IPL under captain Shane Warne. The Royals also finished second in the 2013 Twenty20 Champions League.
