Daniel Ceballos was born in Spain in 1996. He started his career at Sevilla, was forced to leave due to health problems. After two years of playing in the team of his hometown “Utrere”, he found himself in the camp of its implacable rival – the club “Real Betis”.

His debut in Primera took place on April 26, 2014 in a match against the Real Sociedad team. It was his only match that season. As a result, Betis dropped to Segunda.
