Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians have always given tough competition to each other. The two teams have played some of the top Indian Premier League matches over the years and are once again in front to entertain their fans. The much-awaited battle is set to be played in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
The Rohit Sharma-led men recently won their first match of the season by beating Delhi Capitals at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi. This must have increased their confidence level going forward.

Sunrisers Hyderabad started off this season on a terrible note after losing two back-to-back matches. The opener against Rajasthan Royals was a forgettable one as they lost it by 72 runs followed by a 5-wicket loss against Lucknow Supergiants in the very next game.
The Men in Orange made a sensational return to the league after winning their next two matches against Punjab Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders. Though they are still at the eighth spot in the points table, there are enough matches left for them to climb up in the table.
On the other hand, Hitman’s Mumbai Indians are slowly gaining their form back after a much-needed victory against Delhi Capitals. The game went down to the wire and some collective effort from the batsmen helped their side with the first victory of the season.
Before this, they lost their matches against Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings. Talking about Mumbai’s past record, they had been ordinary in the first half of the IPL in the majority of the seasons but have always made a great return after that.
The match against Sunrisers Hyderabad would be crucial for Mumbai if they want to see themselves better in the points table and Rohit & Co. are hundred per cent capable of achieving this.

The record tells us that both sides are competing against one another and it won’t be surprising if we see a thriller at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium. There would be pressure on both teams to take the lead in the record and Aiden Markram & Rohit Sharma wouldn’t want to miss any opportunity here.

Sunrisers have a great bowling line-up including Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Marco Jansen, T Natarajan and Umran Malik and in front of them, it is not going to be easy for Varma to show his class.
He needs to remain calm and score runs whenever he gets any opportunity in between. The young Varma is capable of playing in any condition as he has shown this on multiple occasions. A good knock from him would surely build the momentum of the side.
Umran Malik: Probably the fastest bowler in India right now, Umran Malik is a pure T20 bowler who can get you wickets at any time. With his sheer pace and bounce, Malik can dismantle any batter who is in form.
He was expensive in the previous game but with the kind of pace he has, sometimes it becomes quite easy for batsmen to just use the pace of the delivery. Therefore, the right-arm fast bowler has to work a lot on his line and length to pick up more wickets. He can be handy in front of some classy players including Suryakumar Yadav and Rohit Sharma.
