Harbhajan Singh was not very happy with the decision not to choose Mumbai Indian star Suryakumar Yadav for the Australia tour and took to his Twitter page to express displeasure.

On Monday, The Cricket Control Council of India (BCCI) announced the Test, One-Day International, and Twenty20 International teams for the Australia tour. There have been quite a few talking points with injured Rohit Sharma, who has not been named to any of the teams. At the same time, Rishabh Pant has also been charged.

Another player who has not found a place is Suryakumar Yadav of the Mumbai Indians. The non-spinner Harbhajan Singh was not too happy to not pick the right-handed batsman and express his displeasure on Twitter.

Harbhajan asked Indian team selectors to see Suryakumar’s records and said there are different rules for different people regarding team selection.

Suryakumar Yadav was in top form for the Mumbai Indians during the 2020 IPL. He has played all 11 MI games this season, scoring 283 points with an average of 31.44 and a strike rate of 148.94.

Mumbai Indians Rohit Sharma has not been at his best this season, and Suryakumar has stepped up his efforts to play crucial shots for his team in the United Arab Emirates.

Rohit and Ishant have been excluded from the three Indian teams for the Australia tour due to their injury. BCCI’s senior national selection committee said his medical team would continue to monitor Rohit’s and Ishant Sharma’s progress.
