Costa Nhamoinesu began his career with the Zimbabwean side Ama Zulu before joining Masvingo United. He then moved to Poland on loan in 2007 with KS Wisla Ustronianka, and then joined Zaglebie Lubin in 2008. In 2013, he moved to the Czech Republic to join AC Sparta Prague. The powerful defender also captained his side during the club’s UEFA Europa League and Champions League campaigns. He joins the Kerala Blasters squad as an experienced center-back who will look to lead the backline and impart his knowledge to the young Indian defenders over the course of the 2020-21 season.
