Mizoram lad Biaka Jongte has earned an ISL contract at the young age of 18 and for justifiable reasons. He has been a constant feature in the age-group teams of India. Most notably, Jongte was the last line of defence of the U-15 Indian team that won the age-level SAFF Championship back in 2017. He has also represented the nation in the 2018 AFC U16 Championship.
